Parmesan Chicken

Last night we tried a new recipe for Parmesan Chicken.  It was a big hit!

PARMESAN CHICKEN
Mix together:
1 stick butter, melted
2 T. dijon mustard
1 T. worcester sauce

In another dish mix together:
1 Cup bread crumbs
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
1/2 t. salt

Dip boneless, skinless chicken breasts into butter mixture first, then coat with bread crumb mixture.  Lay chicken, not touching, in a 9x13 ungreased baking pan.  Bake @ 350* for about 1 hour or until juices run clear.
